Directions:

  1. If you have several people - write their name on the outside of a ziplock bag.
  2. Take a quart size ziplock freezer bag and crack 2 eggs.
  3. Put a variety of ingredients in that you want in your omelet such as cheese, ham, onion, green peppers, tomatoes, hash brown, salsa, etc. - any or all.
  4. Seal the bag and shake, smush to combine ingredients. (This is especially fun for little ones to make their own omelet)
  5. Seal the bag taking care to get all of the air out of the bag and reseal.
  6. Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes.
  7. You can usually cook 6 - 8 omelets in a large pot.
  8. Open the bags and the omelet will roll out easily .... perfectly .... every time!
