Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice strawberries,dates and cube melon.
  2. Put all fruit in large bowl and pour wine over,turning fruit once to make sure it is absorbed.Marinate for 1-2 hours.
  3. Drain fruit and put into serving dish.
  4. Fold in the yoghurt(mixed with sugar).
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over top and sprinkle with pistachios.
  6. Chill well and serve.
