Yummy Toasty Oat Cakes (Crunchy Breakfast Cookies)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cups instant oats

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Roll until 1/4 inch thick, you can cut into circles or squares.
  3. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Serve with Honey Butter mix margarine spread with honey. DELICIOUS!
