Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix yeast with water until dissolved. Add sugar, oil, salt, chopped garlic and 1 Cup flour stirring until smooth. Add enough flour until easy to handle and knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic, adding flour as necessary. Allow to rise until doubled.
  2. Punch down dough and shape into 13 x18 rectangle. Layer on remaining ingredients as you would like then roll up in jelly roll fashion and seal all edges WELL. Place corner to corner on greased jelly roll pan and bake in preheated 400 degree oven until browned.
  3. Let cool before slicing or if you are like me chill in refridgerator until ready to serve and serve it cold.
