Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (white if it's the only thing you have --)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients with the exception of the flour.
  2. Mix in flour, stir all the lumps out.
  3. Heat a bit of butter in a pan on medium heat.
  4. Pour batter into pan using a 1/4 measuring cup(Makes prettier pancakes! lol).
  5. Flip when bubbles appear on the top of batter.
  6. Continue until all batter used up.
