Cinnamon Raisin Bread (Abm)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp butter or 1 tbsp margarine
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp salt (we used kosher , no added iodine)
  • 3/4 cup dark raisin

Directions:

  1. Put ingredients into hopper according to your bread machine's instructions.
  2. Select 1 1/2 pound loaf size.
  3. Select basic white bread setting (if applicable).
  4. Push Start .
