Yummy Cooked Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 fl oz) can spinach, drained (you can use frozen or fresh if you'd like)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp bacon bits

Directions:

  1. Place spinach in a large skillet.
  2. Whisk egg, milk and bacon bits together in a small bowl, then pour mixture into the skillet with spinach.
  3. Cook over a medium-low heat, stirring frequently until most of the moisture is absorbed into the spinach. Serve warm.
