Yogurt Sauce. Greek, Garlicky and Good !!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put yogurt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add amount of cucumber and onion as YOU like. (I like it pretty thick).
  3. Add garlic, (I like it real garlicy).
  4. Add splenda or sugar but make sure you don't make it sweet, just a hint.
  5. Add salt to taste. (I always add more at the table if I like).
  6. HINT:.
  7. You may add a bit of sour cream for a different consistancy.
  8. You may add a bit of chopped dill, (but do not overpower).
  9. You may add a bit of powdered garlic, (I do).
