Ingredients:

  • 1 large yam
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Peel, cube and boil yam, potatoes and onion until fork tender.
  2. Drain WELL
  3. Add butter and chip dip - mash and mix.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
