Wyoming Grilled Sweet Potatoes

Directions:

  1. Place sweet potatoes and water into large microwavable dish then cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Combine mustard, oil and rosemary.
  4. Grill sweet potato slices on oiled rack over medium heat for 8 minutes turning and basting often with mustard mixture.
