Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions, but substitute dry sherry for 1/4 cup of the water. In another skillet ( 8 ), over medium heat, add 3 tablespoons of butter and cook mushrooms and celery until tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir mushroom mixture into rice and add almonds, green onions and pepper.
