Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  3. Brown sausage and remove from pan.
  4. Saute onions and celery until tender.
  5. Combine all ingredients except the pecans.
  6. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  7. Sprinkle the casserole with the chopped pecans.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to cook
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
