  1. Combine flour, water and yogurt - let stand at least 7 hours
  2. Separate eggs, beat yolks, butter , honey and salt and add to the flour/yogurt combo
  3. Beat egg whitest until stiff peaks form and fold into batter
  4. Add baking powder quickly.
