Whole Wheat Oat Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup oil (no evo!)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400*. Spray, or line, one 12 cup miffin pan, and half of a 6 cup muffin pan. set aside;
  2. Whisk together dry ingredients. In a two cup measure, measure oil, then honey, then butter milk, then egg. Pour into dry ingredients, whisk until all clumps are gone. Pour 1/4 batter in each muffin pan. (you should get 15 muffins). Bake for 15-12 minutes.
  3. Enjoy! *.
