Ingredients:

  • 15 oz water
  • 3 tbsp ground flax seeds (or 1 tbsp olive oil)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Put ingredients in order listed into the breadmaker. Set the breadmaker on whole wheat cycle.
