Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups banana
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix the honey and butter until fluffy. add in the milk, eggs and banana.
  2. Sift the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder and add in gradually. once added, mix in the raisins and walnuts which are optional.
  3. Bake until done. mine took about 35 minutes, but you know how oven temperatures vary!
  4. DELICIOUS!
