Delicious whole wheat banana nut muffins. This can be made in loaf form.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups banana
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup honey
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup milk
3 eggs
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix the honey and butter until fluffy. add in the milk, eggs and banana.
2. sift the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder and add in gradually. once added, mix in the raisins and walnuts which are optional.
3. bake until done. mine took about 35 minutes, but you know how oven temperatures vary!
4. DELICIOUS!
