Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, and grease 2 loaf pans.
  2. Mix eggs, oil and sugar and beat until creamy.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Bake for 60-70 minutes in two loaf pans.
