Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Insert metal blade in food processor.
  2. With motor running pour in oats, wheat germ and sugar.
  3. Add flour, milk powder, baking powder and soda.
  4. Process with an on/off action until just well blended.
  5. Pancakes:
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  8. 1 cup milk
  9. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  10. 2 cups whole grain pancake mix
  11. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, oil, milk and vanilla extract.
  12. Stir in pancake mix but do not over mix.
  13. Allow to stand 5 minutes then pour 1/4 batter onto hot griddle.
  14. Cook until brown on both sides.
