Whole Grain Pancakes

These are very good and a nice change from the everyday pancake and falls on the healthy side as well. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
5 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup wheat germ
3/4 cup brown sugar
7-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2-1/2 cups dry milk flour
7 teaspoons baking powder
2-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
Directions:
1. Insert metal blade in food processor.
2. With motor running pour in oats, wheat germ and sugar.
3. Add flour, milk powder, baking powder and soda.
4. Process with an on/off action until just well blended.
5. Pancakes:
6. 2 eggs
7. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
8. 1 cup milk
9. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
10. 2 cups whole grain pancake mix
11. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, oil, milk and vanilla extract.
12. Stir in pancake mix but do not over mix.
13. Allow to stand 5 minutes then pour 1/4 batter onto hot griddle.
14. Cook until brown on both sides.
