Whole Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine juices, cranberries and ground ginger in a pot and bring to a simmer.
  2. Let mixture cook for approximately 10 minutes until berries pop.
  3. Turn off the heat.
  4. Add Splenda, apples, pomegranate arils, orange zest, walnuts and salt.
  5. Stir until splenda and salt dissolves completely.
  6. Cool the sauce and pour into a service dish.
  7. Store in the fridge for a day or two to blend the flavors.
