White Chocolate and Raspberry Lite Muffins

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 Cel (180 fan forced).
  2. Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, raspberry flavour and apple sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Add to flour mixture.
  5. Mix until just combined.
  6. Spoon into muffin tin.
  7. Divide white chocolate pieces between muffin tins, pressing down until muffin mixture covers chocolate.
  8. Bake for about 20 minutes.
