Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Butter and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl combine flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk to combine.
  3. In another bowl, combine butter and suger using a hand mixer. Add eggs and continue to mix.
  4. In another bowl, mash bananas. Add to sugar mixture and combine.
  5. Add apple sauce and vanilla to sugar mixture. While mixing, slowly add flour mixture.
  6. Stir in nuts.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees.
