Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chip

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients (flour, powder & salt) in medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add eggs, milk, oil and pumpkin.
  3. Cook on medium griddle.
  4. When pancakes are ready to flip, sprinkle with chips.
  5. Wipe the griddle before the next batch so that excess chips won’t burn next batch.
