Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt the plain chocolate.
  2. With the help of a pastry brush coat the insides of muffin-size paper cases.
  3. Put in the freezer for a few minutes.
  4. Remove from the freezer and repeat the coating procedure.
  5. Put back in the freezer.
  6. Soak the gelatine in cold water.
  7. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar.
  8. Melt the white chocolate and gelatine together.
  9. Add to the yolks
  10. Add the egg whites previously whisked to soft-peak.
  11. Carefully peel off the paper cases.
  12. Fill the chocolate cases with the mousse.
  13. Sprinkle with the grated chocolate and chill.
