Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In the top of a double boiler melt the chocolate and mix in the milk. See Photo
  2. Add the yolks of the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, orange zest and brandy. Stir until blended and smooth. Set aside.
  3. Beat the whites of the eggs until peaks form. Add a little sugar if desired.
  4. Fill small bowls or glasses about 1/2 inch from the top with the chocolate mousse See Photo. Top with whipped cream and (optional) add berries.
  5. Cool in refrigerator about 1/2 hour or longer.
