Ingredients:

  • 1 cup. carrots
  • 1/2 cup. ricotta cheese
  • 1/3 cup. wheat flour
  • 2 oz. onion
  • 2 1/2 cup. brown rice
  • 2 cup. tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. pineapple
  • 2 oz. turkey ham

Directions:

  1. Shed carrots, put in drainer, w/ can on them to get out moisture
  2. Mix ricotta, flour, onion
  3. Add rice & carrots
  4. Bake 25 min's then boil 2 min's till light brown (don't let carrots burn.
  5. Add sauce, pineapple, ham, cheese
