Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 oz espresso
  • 2 cups wheat cereal
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk

Directions:

  1. Wisk or beat to uniform consistincy.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. Spray tin with bakers joy.
  4. Put 1 spoonfull at a time in muffin tin.
  5. Bake about 15 mins.
  6. Turn pan halfway through.
  7. Bake untill golden.
  8. Remove
  9. Enjoy.
  10. Optional
  11. Add cocoa
  12. Or coconut flakes.
