  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease baking sheets.
  3. In bowl combine flour, oats, flax seed, cinnamon, and baking soda.
  4. In another bowl beat eggs, sugar, margarine, and vanilla til smooth.
  5. Fold into flour mix, and then stir in carrots.
  6. Drop by tbsps. 2 inches apart.
  7. Back 10 or 15 mins (whenever they turn lightly brown, DEPENDS ON YOUR OVEN.) If you have one of those firewood ovens then there's no helping you.
  8. Cool and eat it.
