Walnut Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1 cup walnut oil

Directions:

  1. Place sugar, mustard, salt, onion and vinegar in a food processor.
  2. With motor running, slowly drizzle in oil.
  3. When all oil has been incorporated and mixture is thick, add the poppy seeds and pulse to blend.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Shake before using.
  5. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
