  1. First heat the water up to a rolling boil, then add the noodles. Cook for ten minute, then drain. At the same time boil the eggs for at least 10 to 15 minutes.Next mix the mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar, and salt together. Mix this in with the noodles, and then add the onion, celery, and eggs. Put in the fridge for at least an hour to get cold. Then serve.
