Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 cups lukewarm water

Directions:

  1. Stir the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Add wet ingredients all at once. Mix.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Can use one 9 x 13 pan or two 8 x 8 pans.
  5. Sprinkle powered sugar on top.
