Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 cup cold water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease 8 square baking dish and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients.
  4. Pour in wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour mix into prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let stand until completely cooled.
  8. Sift powdered sugar over the top, serve in squares.
