Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 cup. flour
  • 3 tbsp dry milk
  • 2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. In a bowl place flour, salt, sugar, dry milk.
  2. Blend together.
  3. Add water, oil and proofed yeast.
  4. Stir well with wooden spoon or mix in a
  5. Kitchen mixer. Can be made in a bread machine
  6. If you have one. Stir dough well until your
  7. Arm is tired then place on floured board
  8. And knead well. Place in greased bowl and let
  9. Rise until double. Punch down, place in greased
  10. Bread pan, let rise until almost double.
  11. Bake in 350 or 400 F. oven until done.
