  • 2 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions:

  1. COMBINE LENTILS AND WATER COOK UNTIL DONE ABT 45 MIN
  2. DICE VEGGIES
  3. GRIND OATS IN BLENDER
  4. MIX VEGGIES, BEANS, OIL, OATS AND BREAD CRUMBS
  5. MAKE 8 PATTIES
  6. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400
  7. LIGHTLY GREASE COOKIE SHEET
  8. 20 MIN ON ONE SIDE
  9. FLIP 15 MIN ON OTHER
  10. EAT, REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE
  11. CAN REFRI
