Ingredients:

  • 2 cups zucchini
  • 2 cups onion
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 2 1/2 cups black beans
  • 2 1/2 cups corn kernels
  • 3 1/2 cups cabbage
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 2 cups asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Cut up all veggies and saute on low heat in covered pan. use a little olive oil to stop from sticking
