Large batch of sauteed veggies to eat by themselves or add meat to make a meal
Ingredients:
2 cups zucchini
2 cups onion
1 cup broccoli
3 cups spinach
2 1/2 cups black beans
2 1/2 cups corn kernels
3 1/2 cups cabbage
2 cups mushrooms
2 cups asparagus
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Cut up all veggies and saute on low heat in covered pan. use a little olive oil to stop from sticking
