Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and brown meatballs and sausage for about 10 minutes, or until heated through.
  2. In large heavy sauce pot, warm olive oil on medium high heat.
  3. Saute onions and garlic in the pot until translucent.
  4. Add green pepper to pot, and heat until soft.
  5. Add vegetarian beef crumbles to the pot, and heat through until starting to brown.
  6. Add sausages and meatballs to the pot, and all other remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  7. Lower heat to medium, stirring frequently until starting to simmer.
  8. Reduce heat to low, and let simmer for at least an hour stirring occasionally, but several hours is fine as well, as the longer you simmer, the more the flavors of the herbs come. Just don't forget to stir from time to time!
