Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut meat into 1/2 thick pieces and place in bowl. Mix with soy sauce, salad oil, ginger, sugar, and garlic. Let stand for 30 minutes. Heat 2 t. oil in skillet and add meat. Cook, stirring constantly until brown. Add vegetables and cook 5 minutes longer, stirring. Blend vinegar and remaining ingredients. Add to meat and cook 5 minutes longer.
