Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil,peel and mash the potatoes.
  2. Add salt and pepper along with all the vegetables.Mix well with hand.
  3. Make patties,dip in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan,fry patties till both sides are brown and crisp.
  5. Drain on kitchen paper.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup.
