Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soymilk
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 50 g oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Warm milk in the microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Put the oats, sugar and cinnamon and sugar in and stir. Let stand for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Eat. You can also add apple slices on top, raisins, nuts. Go crazy.
