Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Cream margarine and sugar.
  3. Mix in vanilla, then water.
  4. In a seperate bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Add dries to wet ingredients.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto greased or foil lined cookie sheet
  7. Bake for 8-11 minutes.
