Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 lb potatos
  • 1/2 lb carrots
  • 1/4 lb celery
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Drege meat in flour and brown in large skillet with 2 T oil.
  2. Transfer to crock pot and add vegetables (cubed).
  3. Add water, season with salt, pepper and any other spices you like.
  4. Set crock pot to low for 8 hours.
  5. Can also be made on the stove cook for 2 hours or until meat and vege. are soft.
