Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop up veggies and mix with spinach
  2. Mix meat with eggs, oatmeal, spices, and 1/4 cup ketchup.
  3. Mix in vegetables and put in 2 loaf pans (or one large pan)
  4. Top with remaining 1/2 C ketchup.
  5. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 F
