Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in skillet, add chops, season and saute about 5 mins per side until cooked through.
  2. Remove to plate and keep warm.
  3. Toss mushrooms in flour, add to pan.
  4. Add chicken stock cook a few minutes until thickened.
  5. Add cream, nutmeg and salt& pepper to taste.
  6. Spoon sauce over chops, serve.
