  1. In a large skillet, cook and stir the sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the pizza sauce. Spoon mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and 1 egg until smooth. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto the sausage mixture.
  3. In another small bowl, stir together the baking mix, milk and remaining egg until well blended; pour over cheese and sausage mixtures.
  4. Coat a sheet of foil large enough to cover the baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Space sprayed side down on dish; seal tightly. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with mozarella cheese. Bake another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
