Ummmmm.....pea Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix your mayo with the pimentos, juice too, and sugar, you want it sweet so mix a little at a time until it's to your liking.
  2. Put this in the fridge and let it sit until you're ready for it.
  3. If it's too thick you can add a little milk to it.
  4. Layer your bowl with half of your lettuce.
  5. Put half of your peas next (you can use extra if you like).
  6. Put half of your onions.
  7. Put a layer of almond or pecans.
  8. Layer of mozzarella.
  9. Put half of that yummy dressing.
  10. Repeat steps 1 through 4.
  11. Put the rest of your dressing.
  12. Top with a layer of mozzarella and almonds.
  13. Fix ahead and let it sit in the fridge.
  14. Even better once it has sit and all the dressing has incorporated in the salad.
