Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp minced dill or mint
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Drain yogurt in fridge for 30 min. using 3 coffee filters over sieve. Mix cucumber, pour 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/8 tsp salt over cucumber. Let sit 30 min in another sieve. Mix together after 30 min and drain excess fluid. Add garlic and spice. Serve with pita bread.
