Twice-Baked Alfredo Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Microwave potatoes til tender.
  2. Slice in half lengthwise.
  3. Scoop out insides leaving thin shell of potato.
  4. Mix scooped out potato and rest of ingredients well til creamy.
  5. Pile into potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bake, covered, at 350*- 20 minutes.
  8. Uncover, bake 10 minutes longer.
  9. Serves 4.
