Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sour cream

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Pour into a standard loaf pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake at 375 degree for 60 minutes. Uncover and let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve with ketchup.
